Healing garden at Danners

The healing garden at 'Danners' crisis shelter for women in Copenhagen has been realized and is now accessible for users at 'Danners'.

The Danner's Garden project is developed through the work of the PhD project 'Healing gardens at crisis shelters for women and children survivors of domestic violence' (2012) by landscape architect Victoria Linn Lygum, Forest and Landscape, Copenhagen University. The project has been financed by the Nordea-foundation.

The purpose of the garden is to support the women and children at Danner's, both physically and mentally, who often find themselves in chaotic life situations.
